terms of service

• This agreement is between myself, cheisaur (the "Artist"), and you (the "Client"). The client is hiring the Artist for a commission hereafter referred as "commission" and/or "artwork".
• Failure to comply with this Terms of Service may result in ban from future commissions, and will result in all rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork rescinded.
• I, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read/ confirm the Terms of Service. The Client is responsible to clarify with the Artist any policy they are unsure of.

Ordering

• I reserve the right to decline any commission. Please keep in mind I preferably draw femenine presenting characters.
• I will only work with image references. You can always add some context via text but 80% of the references have to be images.
• Please provide clear and understanding references.
• I won't start your commission until I can confirm the payment has been made.

Payment Process

• Once I have confirmed your order, you can make the payment within 48 hours.
• If you wish you cancel your order once the payment has been made, I will only refund you 50% of the price.
• Any attempts to charge back a commission will lead to being placed on a permanent blacklist.

Revisions

• When the sketch/sketches are ready I will send them to you as soon as I have them! Changes are ok and free of charge in this stage of the commission.
• Once the sketch is approved, i will start with the final version of lineart and color.
• I will send you a low ress version of the final art, just in case there are any changes needed. Small changes such as color or detail corrections are free of charge.
• Please note that once the sketch is approved and I start with the final art, any big changes you'd like to make to the pice (composition, posing, proportions, etc.) will add an extra charge of 15€. I will not continue with the piece until this extra payment has been made.

Deadlines and Delivery

• Please state if there is a deadline you'd like me to stick with. If not, generally, your commission will be delivered within a month.
• You will be made aware in the case that there may be delays in your commission.
• I will send you high quality versions of your commission, one as a JPEG and another as a PNG with transparent background.
• If you commissioned emotes, I will send you a high ress PNG version as well as a smaller PNG version so you can use them on discord (usually all compiled into a .rar).

Intellectual Property Rights and Usage Rights

• You are free to use your commission for any personal uses, but please provide proper credit.
• You may repost the final artwork with proper credit.
• I hold the rights to any commissioned images I create.
• Commercial use is forbidden unless you'd like to purchase the Commercial Rights of the piece. If that's the case, please send me a message and I will update the price of your commission.
• I don't allow the editing of my art, neither i allow tracing.
• Please state if you don't want me to post the final artwork on my social media, or if you want me to post it after X date.
• I do not support the use of my art for purposes of creating NFTs.
• You are not allowed to use any of the artwork I create (in any stage) to train or produce AI artwork.

frequently asked questions

When should i ask for commercial rights?

• You should ask for commercial rights regarding the art I create when you have intentions of using it to make merchandise out of it (f.e.: stickers, keychains, postcards, etc.)
• You do not need to purchase the commercial rights of the piece for streaming, using it as your pfp, showing it on discord, etc. If you have any questions feel free to message me about it.

What is the difference between regular chibi commissions and skeb?

• With regular chibi commissions you, as the client, have a saying in how you want the final piece to be, meaning that you can provide a pose reference, I will send you sketches about the piece and you can request changes.
• A skeb is a "surprise me" type of commission. You only provide me with references of the character you would like me to draw, and there are no reviews and no changes. You won't get a sketch of it either, only the final art.
